Welcome to Watt VPN ("the App"), operated by an Independent Developer
("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree
to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do
not agree, please do not use the App.
For information about how we collect and use your data, please review
our Privacy Policy.
iOS users: By downloading Watt VPN from the Apple App
Store, you also agree to Apple's
Standard End User License Agreement.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Watt VPN you acknowledge that you have
read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
2. Service Description
Watt VPN provides a Virtual Private Network service that encrypts your
network traffic and routes it through our servers. The service
includes:
- A free tier with limited daily bandwidth
- Optional paid Premium tier with unlimited bandwidth and access to all locations
- Server locations in multiple countries
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature, server, or
location at any time.
3. User Accounts

You may use the App anonymously or sign in using Google Sign-In or
Apple Sign-In (via Firebase Authentication).

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and any
account-linked devices secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your
account or VPN credentials.

You may delete your account at any time from inside the App or by
emailing
wattvpn@gmail.com.
4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features are offered on a subscription basis (monthly,
yearly, or other periods as listed in the App).

Payments are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store or
Google Play. We do not collect or store payment-card information.

Subscription status is synchronized via RevenueCat. Subscriptions
renew automatically until cancelled.

Cancellation: you can cancel anytime from your
store account (Google Play / App Store subscription settings).
Deleting your Watt VPN account does not
automatically cancel a subscription — you must cancel in the store
to stop further charges.

Refunds, if any, are issued at the sole discretion of the Apple App
Store or Google Play according to their refund policies.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Watt VPN to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

Send spam, conduct phishing, or distribute malicious software

Conduct unauthorized port scanning, DDoS attacks, or other forms of
network abuse
- Distribute or access child sexual abuse material

Infringe intellectual property rights of others

Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without
written permission

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from
the App except where permitted by law

Share your account credentials so multiple individuals use the same
account simultaneously
We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate any account
that violates these rules, with or without notice.
6. VPN Service Disclaimer

Watt VPN is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of
any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific connection
speeds, or availability in any particular country.

VPN services may be regulated or restricted in some jurisdictions.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the App
complies with local laws.

We do not log your traffic content (see
Privacy Policy); we cannot
therefore assist with recovering content transmitted through the
VPN.
7. Intellectual Property

The App, its logos, code, and content are the property of the
Independent Developer and are protected by applicable IP laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial
purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of
the App without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Independent Developer
shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or opportunity,
arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you
paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise
to the claim.
9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these
Terms or for legal compliance.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

On termination, your VPN credentials are revoked immediately;
sections 5–8 and 10 survive termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with
generally applicable principles of contract law. Any disputes shall
be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if not resolved, parties
may pursue available legal remedies.
11. Changes to These Terms
- We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.

Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated"
date.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of
the new Terms.
